Almond Joy Poem by Tim Holmes Jr

Almond Joy

I've seen you with my eyes, yet I see you differently now
Great person, smile and body and beautifully flawed I don't see how.

This love has not been spoken for, but then again Love isn't for boys
Something this special is for Real Men to enjoy.

This is coming for me, I don't know you that well
I know there is more to this story, I'll wait for you to tell

Blessed, I am to know you, I'll never treat you as a toy,
The way my heart sees you, as my toasted Almond Joy.
