All The Way Through Poem by James Darwin Smith II

All The Way Through

When the waterfall dries out
Only heat remains
Steam unseen
By the heat of each moment’s dwelling
Stagnantly locked in recurring day scares
Of what was done before

Within such a painful event
Hides feelings that dearly want out
Struggling to find peace
Being tangled up by the confusion of doubt

Judgement came too many times
Overused its stay, you could say
A burden created by psychic notions
Of thinking well beyond each thought
That should have never been pondered in the first place

The search for more water remains
The exploration to get every sad emotion drained

Striving for joyful tears
All in love’s own name

Hoping for anxiety’s heat to cool down
Upon a breeze that shall come through
Giving goose bumps to the resources hope
Striving for a golden driven venture anew
Upon a new beginning
This very faith will soon be renewed

Here is to everything being, Brand new
The airs of change I surely feel
Breathing sighs of self-reflected relief
In the essence of a newly found view

Paradise out, paradise in
In outer realm of my existence
Forming so strongly all from within

Now, with confidence I can finally say with a smile
I am truly important
More important
Of what I have ever thought of myself before

My heart is full of love
Doubt will never anymore

I will fly higher than my own past expectations
Fly higher than I have ever flown before

Look now, feel now

The sun shall shine strongly
Onto waters now golden upon my own heart’s view

This paradise within, is still under construction
But knowing there is a blue print to its creation
Makes me feel so graciously all brand new

No judgement in sight
All of my faith is becoming renewed
Love is inside my heart
Singing such loving tender tunes

Within the peace of my own mind
My soul flies
More fearless than ever
Trusting to find love’s truest of truths

This journey has just begun
Love, I now truly believe you
Yes, Love I now truly believe in you
But just promise,
Please just never hurt me again

Even then
I shall always guide myself all the way through
Yes, All the way through
That way my character will always stay true
