All The Dreams That You Would Remember Poem by Lithium Dinosaur

All The Dreams That You Would Remember

All the dreams that you would remember,
If you had never died.
The days you searched for help hopelessly,
Along with those nights you cried.

Guzzling down a bottle of bleach,
Half a litre of vodka and alcohol poisoning,
Asphyxiation with a plastic bag,
Or damaging organs with overdosing.

Slicing tissue and swollen veins,
Live wires causing electrocution,
Drinking cyanide to end it quick,
Carbon monoxide, you can breathe like oxygen.

A carefully placed rope around your neck,
Injecting yourself with potassium chloride,
Staring down a loaded gun,
A pleasant end with nitrous oxide.

Jump of a bridge with water below,
Freezing to death on a cold night,
Going to play with the traffic,
Strangling yourself with a child's kite.

All the dreams that you could remember,
If you had never died.
When depression stole your soul,
Every night, you cried.
