All He Needed Poem by Dean Meredith

All He Needed

It had been a long day
Crammed with short nothings
But interspersed with tiny moments
That could potentially be everythings

He looked once more
At the photo of his daughter
Looking so much like her sister
The role model

She wasn’t with him just then
But she would be soon enough
He felt love
And that was all he needed
