Life, with all its sorrow and pain,
Can oftentimes be a hard test...
But one should never worry too much,
As everything happens for the best.

The troubles and tensions of this hard life,
Surely cannot be for the best, you say...
Happiness and joy and peace I need,
And for all this I daily pray.

However, it is not for us to understand,
The ways of God's great plan...
Just believe and trust in Him forever,
And do the best you can.

Things will surely improve over time,
And while it may not seem so today...
These hard days are required indeed,
To move ahead and forge our way.

So instead of bemoaning your fate,
Take every single chance you get...
The good times will surely come,
To help the pain and sorrow forget.

We are thinking just of today,
Or at the very most the next week...
While the Master Planner up above,
Is planning the entire life we seek.

And if you only take a good look,
At your life each and every day...
The Good Lord gives us happiness too,
With the pain that comes our way
