All Come Together. Poem by Tony Robinson

All Come Together.

Rainbows, sunsets
Ice cream trees
Honey suckle fences
Scented by the breeze
Seas of passion
That seed new life
Clouds above fluffy and white
The clash of the titans when thunder strikes,
Tears of fire fall from the sky
That rest on angels wings
As they take us higher.
The sun sets around mid day
Leaving us in a purple haze
Diamond stars appear at first light
Dancing like ballerinas for our delight
Multi coloured skies that change by the hour
That cry tears of butterflies that never taste sour
Dappled light that shadows make
Like devils fighting over our souls to forsake
Branches dance in the dance of life
Whilst autumn leaves rustle and laugh
Who all come together like children around the Christmas hearth.
