All Art requires diligent study,
The persistence to learn and excel.
The same goes with writing Poetry,
We study and read, to write well.

For Poetry is an Art and skill,
One learned with constant practice.
Correctness of grammar always will
Give a poem its good qualities.

Reason and Sense, Heart and Soul,
Wit and wisdom, a message sent,
A poem needs all this to make it whole,
And in writing, everyone is a student.
