All about a Pet!

Today is another bad day of my life
because my mother again said no
for having a hamster to
participate in a pet show,
when I try to persuade her
she becomes 'as mad as a wet hen'
and hollers at me
'don't ever try to ask me again',
but now I'm sure she's going to be
disappointed with me even more
because I think she'll like a hamster to a greater extent
well at least more than a stray dog on her floor! !

I'd rather call him "Star."
It's very mean of Science
To go and interfere!

I slew a worm the other day—
