Alarm Poem by Anil Kumar Panda

Alarm

Dark clouds meander
Like fallen thoughts
Heavy and opaque;
Sombre wind takes them
To the threshold of the sky
To get drowned in sea;
Mind falls as wingless bird
When false alarm kills
Ego in the neighbourhood;
Sitting across fences
Nude figures dance as
Deities lost in the confusion
Of rabbit plastered in
Pale face of a lost moon.
