Aikido (Free Flow) Poem by tiyler durden

Aikido (Free Flow)

Rating: 3.9

sitting on bended knee
waiting for the next technique
Watching as Sensei shows
How things go

perched and ready watching
amazed by the feats of Sensei
Dazzled by the unfathomable feats
He shouts 'GO'
we all jump to our feet

sweating and grunting
We all try our best
Everyone sweating and out of breath
All on the same path

So the more energy you expend in attack, the more ammunition you provide to your opponent. (If my memory serves me well?) Nice work Tiyler Danny
