How to trust when you felt the pain of betrayal?
How to share happiness when it was taken away?
How to care when you had never felt it with someone?
How to listen when you had heard so many lies?
How to believe when faith was not shared?
How to love when I am so scared?

I wanted to be loved
I wanted to love
I wanted to share
I wanted to care
But how could I, for I had forgotten it because of all the pain
And in me, loneliness binds me.
