Africa Poem by Nadia Glasner

Africa

Rating: 3.0

Underneath your African skies
around each corner
the wildlife lie

From your grassland
to your
Desert and Mountain's
From the clans of the hyena's
to the crash of the Hippo's
From the troop of the Gorilla's
to the
cartload of Monkey's

From your silver tree's
to your sausage tree's
it's your turn to look up
the toothbrush tree's.

No words can describe
how magnificent you are
From your gentleness to your wilderness
it's easy to see
your breathtaking beauty
is one to see
underneath your African skies.

Africa! ! With the muse of the animals; with beauty and colours. Nice work.
