Affection I Versify
Affection spirited like the ocean
Vast I versify for my emotion
To picture in her eyes, how devotion
I have for her heart, moves as the lotion
Soothing to mine, which became inflated
With gladness that is sun-generated
To sate my brain to be captivated.
My delight she will view is animated.
But..., words have failed to obey my design,
Even my muse has announced to resign.
What evades my verse for her intended,
Shall not prevent me to have brain mended.
