Affection Dissipating Poem by Rm. Shanmugam Chettiar

Affection Dissipating

Brotherly affection is halved
When siblings have got parenthood.
Little affection is retained
Once they've got grand-parenthood.
No sorrow in depth will engulf
When the co born departs from them,
Thanks, their parents would not be there
To witness the disintegration.
