Adore The Sun
you may adore the sun
worship and lay prostate
before its glory and might
as you feast upon its light
love it and dream about
the abundance of its sunlight
but by all means do not go near it
for it will burn and char you
it is cruel in intimacy
it can only be loving
through a filtered layer
always from a distance
miles and miles
away from you
