Addiction

Addiction
Every second every min every hour every breath your in very though
Racing through my mind
My body shakes and sweats and hurts
And your the only thing that helps
My biggest regret
The easy way never the hard way selfish and all consuming
The biggest secret turned me into the best lair
The best actress I hide behind a smile
Make everyone think am ok am put on a pedestal
And that's the worst thing people think am the inspiration
When in realty am the biggest mess
Lost in this black hole with no escape
God I wish and pray for help am screaming inside
But no hears no one notices am dying inside

poet Emily Jane Brontë

I am the only being whose doom
No tongue would ask no eye would mourn
I never caused a thought of gloom
A smile of joy since I was born

In secret pleasure - secret tears
