Acceptance Poem by Devon Tremblay

Acceptance

Rating: 5.0

Open sails catch the wind
Sinners lie about their sin

Calamity will leave a stain
Exclude the malice from your brain

Degradation expels the morality
While your heart yearns for chastity

Death brings peace
Death brings grief

Life brings hope
Life is the sharpest slope

Show your sorrow
To welcome the joy of tomorrow

Bliss will leave a blemish
And allow the light to ease the darkness
