A Young Man Decided To Die

Rating: 2.8

He is Smart - 'Sharp as a blade'
say people who knew him.
'Thoughtful, Energetic and Compassionate' were
used to describe him.
But no one knew what was inside him,
the ' Growing Fears and dying Hopes'
the Nightmares that Woke him in the night
and infested his mind- No body knew.
He was disgusted by himself, everybody and
everything.
He was overwhelmed - by Life and All
His Vision clauded -His Sun was setting.
And it was then he decided to die!
to try if Death would be any different;
the Young man decided to die.

This poem is an out-burst; I do not know drove the young man to take such a big decision so swiftly. But, as so often happens what seems placid on the outside may be a turmoil, an earth quake ready to erupt any minute. And young man, young and less experienced as he is, is quite an example. I lament the Death of a young man as much as i abhor death itself. It seems that it is flying time that we start doing something........or lest all the young decide to die. I am not a pessimist, nor am i an optimist; I am just an observer........and observe i did, and saw young men decide die........why? i know not; ahhhhh! 'Death be not proud', Death be not Proud, i say to myself time and again and it echoes in head just so.......Death be not proud!
