A Woman's Gift
A woman gives
all of her life
Nurtures and cares
puts things to right
She gives up her soul
Thinks not of herself
Takes on all burdens
Gives it her best
The touch of her hand
in a moment of need
A parting kiss
blown on a gentle breeze
Little things
she says and does
All for the people
the lucky ones she loves
The gift of herself
is worth more than any precious metal or stone
With her in your heart
you are never alone
