A Wintry Day Poem by MOHAMMAD SKATI

A Wintry Day

It was a long, long time ago When a certain Winter knocked down Our door... It was too cold and I felt very, very cold... We had only that TV which We all watched some cartoons... Winters were very cold at those times and We used to feel very, very cold... I got trembled when I stood behind Our little room's glass panes alone... If I compare today's wintry days and nights To those wintry days and nights of the past, then I can say that they are totally different in everything. ______________________________________________________________________
