A Vacuum In Life Poem by Nidhi Rajesh Kumari

A Vacuum In Life

A vacuum in life is created every time
When the most beloved of all leaves
When a dream you thought would come true
Shatters away and sorrow is all one receives.

A vacuum in life is created every time
When a long built hope goes in vain
When each tear dropp says a different story
And the only common thing is the pain.

A vacuum in life is created every time
When they level allegations on your nature
When the trust you showed on someone
Isn't reciprocated and there's no vision of the future.

Such vacuums in life are hard to be filled
For neither joy nor prayers can travel through them
There's rarely a person who actually cares to try
And whose efforts are sincere, not lame.

That's exactly the light of your life
Which can pass through every vacuum
Which can spread smiles in every direction
And every tear, it can consume.
