Like a gold fish
We choose because it looks pretty
We choose because it gives an entertainment
Sometimes looks like a clown
Sometimes very strict and rude
But it parts of leadership
Not too nice
Not too rude
Not jealous with others leader
Every leader has their own part

A leadership is not only a position
A leadership is not only about money
A leadership is not belong to a politician
A leadership is not belong for the rich
All people should have a leadership character
Because a leadership ability is coming from a good mind and soul

A good leadership should give attention to people below
and a good leadership should be able to survive
on any critical situation
Dad should become a good leader for wife and children
Mom should become a good leader for children
Hhmm... i know it is not easy
But i try to do it
No body is perfect
We learn by giving empathy to each other then sympathy
Because, It is a small world anyway
