' A True Love '

Love is true
when it can't die
after all are gone

True love lives
amid all difficulties
for the one beloved

When love is true
it sings even in pain
soothes the aching heart

Yes, true love
lingers beyond
even after death

poet Christina Georgina Rossetti

Where sunless rivers weep
Their waves into the deep,
She sleeps a charmed sleep:
Awake her not.
Led by a single star,
