A true friend knows the time to laugh,
The time to cry,
See behind the mask
And always try.

To clear the tears
And bring a smile
Bring a few beers
Have pizza on speed dial

To give up their day out
For a girly night in
To decide without doubt,
Which decision will win

A true friend knows what’s right
And volunteer to stay
Make a cloudy sky bright
And cheer up your day

A best friend can read your mind
Honest and true
A best friend is one of a kind
A best friend is you
