A Symphony Of Sounds Poem by Francie Lynch

A Symphony Of Sounds

There are sounds
I truly hate:
One hand clapping,
Derisive laughing,
Babies crying,
The rasp of dying.
For us, these sounds
Raise sympathy,
For the hard of hearing,
A symphony.
