A Sudden Movement Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

There is sudden movement of clouds with lightening
Flash of lights all over with sound so much frightening,
Days scorching heat but pleasant evening,
Downpour of water from relentless raining

Isolation in life sometimes leads to frustration
Useless thought emerge in the form of questions
No answer can be found from anyone
Your pain and agony appeals to none

It is natural cycle and bound to erupt
It may fall all of sudden and disrupt
It may sometimes lead to scuffle
You may not get set well even after successful shuffle

It has direct bearing on human psychology
There are many revealing factors I geology
There has to be some eruption or explosion
It will harm if contained as inner implosion

is there any direct relation with earth and sky?
We see the horizons meet but not why?
Clouds feel bad when earth makes cry
Soil and clay eagerly wait with complete shy

Love birds can’t hide their emotions,
Feel loneliness even when in motion
As if something wrong has taken place
Intense love making but to feel out of race,

Sun God directs sharp rays with heat
make their love deep and intense to meet
even separation they feel good and sweet
still to long for each other even crumble the feet

Eyes remain wide open with stretching hands
Invitation sent with grace to lovely friends
Saying to self “Come soon, I am alone:
Let it be Tsunami, thunder or any form of cyclone

I will greet you with my vast stretch,
Ponds, wells, rivers will have enough catch,
Rest I will carry to deep sea.
You come soon is my only plea

Cuckoo is ready with sweet voice
Peacock is dancing with equal rejoice
Dray, dray noise and frogs also dance
Perfect timing for romance and is the only chance




Your invasion may remove dryness,
Happy reunion and no more shyness
start of year with wet breeding ground
new lives, trees and birds with nests are found

What a way to create new world?
Life can mushroom in hot season or cold
What matters most is loud and great impact
Reunion with happiness and sharpness to act

There may be complete change in pattern
Everything will evaporate and remains no concern
What do we do to celebrate it with joy?
Tune to dance n rejoice and enjoy

We are moved with pleasure when see bride?
There is tug of war in mind as how to hide
Thousands of thoughts come across mind and ride
In complete disbelief eyes remain open and wide
