A Subtle Beauty Poem by DEEPAK KUMAR PATTANAYAK

A Subtle Beauty

A subtle beauty

She is delicate and pure;
Born at the fall of night
In the air from vapour
At the blush of early morn
She is seen sparkling
Over the verdant lawn
Kissing leaves and flowers
Caressing the feet of toddlers
Glistening by sunshine
Bright and fair
As the lonely twilight cheers
Vibrant in countryside is Nature
There never we miss her
Though at city’s door
Before anybody notices her
She shies away with the Sun
As busy souls care not her
She dazzles like a newborn hope
Of life, joy, love and pleasure
With her, faith grows stronger
As none could be purer than her
With grace she descends on earth
Where she builds her bower
In which lies souls’ delight and pleasure
A God’s gift so pure and true
She is none other than our dear dew..........

Many many thanks.........Kumarmaniji........I am in fact indebted to you for your unfaltering reviews of my commonplace and incidental poems as I just release my feelings as and when I feel so, so that at the end of the day I could feel better. I wish and may God bless you to light the path you tread on and enlighten all and things you love the most. I will certainly read all your poems whenever i get time.Thank you once again

She dazzles like a newborn hope Of life, joy, love and pleasure With her, faith grows stronger As none could be purer than her With grace she descends on earth Where she builds her bower In which lies souls’ delight and pleasure A God’s gift so pure and true She is none other than our dear dew...nice poetic expression. This is a beautiful poem on dew nicely delineated.
