A Special Day/ A Reading Poem by Heather Burns

A Special Day/ A Reading

On a special day long ago I
approached a sage. Sitting in
front of a black light which
reveals past life times. She
spoke of many events leading
up to the person I am today.

so she said

Once I was a monk living in
a monastery. Total dedicated
so much I was allowed to
oversee it at one point.

Another time I was a merchant
living in China.
Again I was a well known writer.
Asked, do you write? I replied,
no.

Her read,

In a past life time you were a
well known writer.You have
carried this talent into this
life with you. Should you
ever need it, the talent lies
within, waiting to be released.
you will need it someday

While very young a teacher saw
some of my scribbles. She
encouraged me to continue
She taught English, and
adored poetry.

Still I was a teacher of small
children. Very compelling.Wanting
excellence from each child.
Last, I was told of another life,
when my daughter and I were sisters.
Our parents died at a young age,
and we were left alone. I being the
eldest had to care for my younger
sister. She was very defiant, and
hard to control. So our spirits had
to meet again in this life to find
harmony, so we can evolve. I mother,
she daughter have united as one.

I was told, I am a very old soul,
wise beyond my years. Sometimes I
feel as if I have lived forever

AUTHORS NOTE:
this is a reading I had many, many
years ago. And the time did come
when I was compelled to write
