A Sparkling Wonderland Poem by Marilyn Lott

A Sparkling Wonderland

Rating: 5.0

A wonderland it seemed to be
A world of sparkling white
A frozen blanket snuggly hugged
All things that were in sight

The air was kind of murky
As snowflakes filled the sky
I couldn't recognize a thing
I didn't even want to try

For it truly was breathtaking
I kind of like this brand new place
Like stepping into another time
My world's like a different space

For you see, a storm blew in
My entire world had changed
As everything was transformed
Like cob-web lace arranged

I grabbed my coffee and camera
And then I started out my day
Taking photos of the beauty
And the laughing kids at play!
