A Song Of Life
For those who
Can hum a tune
Life is a joyous song.
And for those who cannot,
It’s a tedious journey long.
Journey of life
Is like a hard climb
To an illusive
Mountain peak,
A peak that seems
To step ahead
And get out of our reach.
So while on our journey
If we can hum a tune
We can attain our zenith
Though we may have
Failed to surmount
The elusive summit.
Music is an inherent giftt. I always look upon with jealousy on those who can sing a sweet melody! Even while climbing the difficult peaks of life, if one can hum a tune, he is fortunate! The poem has thus literal and figurative truth about it!

There is wisdom in the simple act of singing, - for a song, can lift our state of consciousness to higher levels: inspiring, loving, creating - closer to our spiritual nature. I can truly relate to this poem. Music plays a big part in my heart... in my life.
