A Song For Revolution Poem by Abdul Wahab

A Song For Revolution

Rating: 5.0

Sing a song O poet
At ease with full throat
With full energy
The song of truth and humanity

Peel the plaster
Wash the ill

So that all arouse
Deaf and dumb dance with your tune

Let all the unsaid pain
All the complain and torture
Get an expression in your song

Whip the vulture with light
Drive out the sucker of blood
Let your song be the silver line

Raise the wink more
Let all evils burn in red flames
Trigger the volcano
Let all kinds fears go away

‘’Lava’’ is life
Collect them all
A necessity for living
Bullet gun and gun-powder
Let it be the daily routine

Bloom all the cries into flowers
Writhing into an quake
And despairs into storm
Let all the obstacles blown away

Crowded burning Ghat
There laid hundreds dead bodies of corrupt
Pure one gallon petrol
And one stick of match- box
- - -the dance of omnivorous fire

Sing a song o poet
At ease with full throat and loud.
