Threatening to take away what i hold dear.
Yet you alone, are one that cannot see clear,
my promises, my efforts, my cries.
I posses not what you have; lies.
Greed, Selfishness, wanting more and more..
A slave to you is how you treat me. Hurt me until i stand sore.
A slave for your own pleasure, luxury, and finances,
like a marionette who pleads to be set free,
but not once have you thought.
thought about comforting me.

A Slave to You i am.
A harsh Puppet master you are to me.
Pleasing you is but a simple walk on needles,
thorns, and shattered glass.

A Slave to you i am.
Yet, you are the one who i hold dear.
