A Recipe For Genius And Other Types Of Mental Disorder Poem by Ted Sheridan

A Recipe For Genius And Other Types Of Mental Disorder

Rating: 5.0

A writer is a person who can create
masterful brushstrokes of painted words
and combine them with delusional illusions
all of which are the direct and administered result
of an alcoholic content in obvious disproportion
to one's own ability to lie perfectly still
while having sex with a hallucination
that was created out of a distorted sense
of helplessness and addiction
to outside stimuli and artificial favoring.
