A Real Woman Poem by Joseph Narusiewicz

A Real Woman

Rating: 4.0

These crake peaks of compassion
Climb Angel Falls
Himalayan Mountains
Dharma stars
You are the elegant oppressed
Billy Holiday sings like the broken

In love with images
Enamored with museums

I try to penetrate the dragon armor
Agendas like arrows of poison
The prisoner of lingerie
Silk and satin illusions
She smiles and I am troubled
I want a Goddess not a human
I am the intellectual of concepts
When the chase ends what is there?
The preconceptions of intimacy
Tears and a little girl

A real woman scares me
