when i had cold
you gave me your coat
when i was scared
you tried to take it away
when i was wrong
you made me feel strong
when i cried
you made me laugh
when i felt sad
even when i was mad
you were always there
ready everything with me to share
you were always there
when i needed you
and by your side
in some way i grew
