A Random Plea Poem by Breanna Elwin

A Random Plea

Tie them up in the night,
Hear them scream aloud,
Beat them until they bleed,
The untouched virgins,
The golden statues,
Let the pyramids crumble,
The pharaohs judge you guilty,
My brother I plead to you,
Time to be the one to save you this time,
I want to damn you to hell,
Let there be light at the end of the tunnel,
My brother I cry in the middle of the night,
My heart is breaking over you,
Now you might die my brother,
I wish I could help you,
I have the broken heart and you the whole heart,
They want to lock you up,
I hope you will change your mind,
My baby brother I love you with all my heart,
I ride to the temple of Isis,
I pray for you,
I want to stay with you,
My black cat stays with you in your heart,
Lie with me underneath the moon,
I will sing for you in the middle of the night,
Sometimes I wish you were dead,
But I see the hate in your heart,
My fire burns so bright.
