A Quiet Rainy Night

In a quiet rainy night, something knocked on my heart
and whispered.. let me in!
didn't know the source of the sound.. I heard it before, but now
It's so hard to remember which memory sounds like that.

all it was, a lot of tears that you cried
and fake smiles to hide behind..
I got lost in your world trying to figure it out
but, I thought that everything will be alright..

In a quiet rainy night.

In dreams.. I'm alive
and you're always there with your beautiful smile
wished for a moment to see you coming back,
but I knew it the day you left away.. that you'll never turn around

and all it was, a lot of tears that you cried
and fake smiles to hide behind..
I got lost in your world trying to figure it out
but, I thought that everything will be alright.. In a quiet rainy night.

In a quiet rainy night.

Oh babe, if you only could see.. I fought for it for a long time
How much painful it could ever be.. when I see the goodbye in your eyes?
How could you ever hurt me.. when I finally started to trust?

all it was, a lot of tears that we cried
and fake smiles to hide behind..
I got lost in your world trying to figure it out
but, I thought that everything will be alright.. In a quiet rainy night.

-In a quiet..

There! little girl; don't cry!
They have broken your doll, I know;
And your tea-set blue,
And your play-house, too,
Are things of the long ago;
