Treasure Island

Sunny Mittal

A praise

Oh my lord! you are a queen of a kingdom,
beautiful people like you are born seldom,

a treasure from God's diamond studded chest,
and out of those chosen few you the best,

you go with fairies and they look like maids,
you the divine one and they at best your aides,

for everything there is a start and a peak,
and through you the beauty's foremost speak,

someday back in time the mortal's will travel,
to see you the miracle, the wonder, the marvel,

and of the countless lost after having seen you,
i am one of the helpless dreaming and praising you.

I'd rather call him "Star."
It's very mean of Science
To go and interfere!

I slew a worm the other day—
