A Parent Poem by Amiee love Writter

A Parent

Parents fear

Once having yourchild
Your fears and emotions go absolutely wild

This life that you made
Is one you will protect that i swear that will never fade

Everyone becomes a fret
These emotions shine through I will forget

The intensity of love is sometimes over baring
one that shows your truly caring

As a parent you think of the worst that could happen
as I thought I cry and cry

What if?
What if they got taken?
What if one day they need me and I'm not there?
What if god takes them from me?
What if god takes me away from them?
What if?
What if?
What if?

That question begging with what if!
Is a parents down fall
one that can't be helped

As once you have your child
Your fears and emotions go absolutely wild

once your child has arrived
the fears are already made
ones that will never fade
