A New Kind Of Nothing Poem by Beau Bennett

A New Kind Of Nothing

Rating: 5.0

I learned how to fall out of love today
As A profound silence took its place
One day I will close my eyes forever
And with eternity I'll be replaced
I said goodbye to hope today
As she gracefully slipped away
I learned to ignore my heart this day
As she has shown me another way
I will no longer feel this way again
This way that i can't acertain
I know I'll never feel love again
But at least I wont feel the pain

Heart-broken at 21. Eight years later, time and circumstances, water down the bridge...... How's things now Beau? Thanks for sharing your thoughts. Welcome to my world! Cheers. Subroto.
