A Needed Break From Children?

do parents
or single parents
miss children
when out?

depends if new
or seasoned parents
or parent?

you miss rarely
enjoy mostly
your time alone?

'yes and no
i am tired,
i need

some time
on my own.
otherwise
i miss them'

poet George Gordon Byron

So we'll go no more a-roving
So late into the night,
Though the heart still be as loving,
And the moon still be as bright.

For the sword outwears its sheath,
