A Mother's Guidance
Your mother guidance daily gave
new courage to my heart,
never tiring, just standing by,
quietly doing your part.
You encouraged me at all times,
condemning wrong, teaching right.
You prepared me to cope with problems
from every morning to night.
As the days unfolded,
you reminded me to look up and pray,
and you were always there to guide me
to pursue life in a faithful way.
