A Morning In Paradise Poem by Lisa Rhodes

A Morning In Paradise

Rating: 4.0

In the scissor star cut
morning, the sleeping ocean
gently awakens from brilliant
appollion sun rays;
it boils into ripples-
then the sun dives into a bottomless
royal blue pool, running
in competition with the silver slippery fishes
pulled by a metallic thin light,
swimming in and out
like the luminous lining of sexy new dress.
