A Million Kisses For One Lips

I may not be a millionaire for the rest of the world
but in my lover's eyes I am worth more than that
I may not be the wisest for the scholars present here
but in my lover's eyes I have more wisdom than the rest
I may not be the smartest of the smart folks here
but in my lover's eyes I might be more than Tom Cruise! !
my pocket will be empty never will be my heart
everyday seeing your face, feeling you, my days start
I may not be able to provide you this world's glimpse
but I have a million kisses for your one lips

A wonderful poem! I believe, it is love's possessiveness that blurs our vision and elates our feelings. (Report) Reply

Indeed you are, with that much confidence of your love for your beloved dear, the riches, the most precious, the wisest and the smartest in the world. Nothing can replace you.

Good poem, pouring out your intense love for your dream-girl.
    Well done dear. (Report) Reply

Poem of the Day

poet Sir Walter Scott

The moon's on the lake, and the mist's on the brae,
And the Clan has a name that is nameless by day;
Then gather, gather, gather Grigalach!
Gather, gather, gather Grigalach!
