A Man Without... Poem by Patricia Gale

A Man Without...

Rating: 5.0

I say to thee...
Awaken these dried bones with life!
Make them dance!
For a man without faith is a man lost

Rejoice for you have been giving another day
Grace is renewed daily
Hopes and dreams live once more
For a man without hope is a man lost

Give of yourselves unto others
If thou have two coats give one away
If thy neighbor is hungry feed him and be rich
For a man without compassion is lost

Fill thy heart with love for another
Pray for your enemies souls
Love is the key to unlocking goodness
For a man without love is lost indeed

Breathe the breath of life
Taste of the living waters, thirst no more
Eat of the bread of life and hunger no more
For a man without God is lost
