A Love Poem
When your eyes have beckoned to me,
My heart did not understand,
Your lips called to me,
I just turned away,
Your smile said hello,
I did not hear you,
But with all of my heart I now pray,
You will understand,
that I wish to kiss you,
And then not walk away,
That I will protect you,
No matter what you might say,
I know you love me,
Because I love you,
Always just with a kiss.
