A Lost Relationship

The flowers
have lost
their petals.

Found refuge
somewhere
on a distant
shore.

Now the
season has
changed.

The grass
is lush and
green.

Tiny buds
awaken from
their winter's
nap.

A relationship
lost.

Yes - through time's passage the existence is lost, relationship also fades away, which is a pity. but definitely ushers a new era for the new comers (here the buds) ...... very nice (Report) Reply

Trees never worry about lost petals and birds,
It just waits for a new season to boom....
A loving heart is never a looser, it is a born winner.
Those who don't deserve they will loose that
Lovely heart and become a looser forever......

    Nice, poignant poem (Report) Reply

Another new beginning for another love lost.
It made me think, however, for it's cost
The bloom that was shared for someone
Has come and being given to a new one... (Report) Reply
