A Look To The Past, Jump To The Future Poem by Aric Beers

I look back on where I had been
On all that was, both good and sin
I see who I was and how I've grown
Seeing seeds grow that I had sown
And while the past is well and good
The future has come like I knew it would
I now look to what's ahead
I look at the ground that I'll tread
And with a smile I'll embrace it all
Come summer, winter, spring, and fall
I'll jump into what's before me
And see all the joys that I can see
