A Lonely Cloud? Poem by Phil Soar

A Lonely Cloud?

I wandered lonely as a cloud
How stupid was that vision?
For clouds are seldom on their own
Just check out their position

They rain on my parade a lot
And then they flee the scene
And leave their floods of water
Across our village green
