A Little Confusion Poem by Aliyah Houston

A Little Confusion

A little confusion
maybe an illusion
hoping not a bad conclusion
the constant mistake
the same heart breaks
begging it to stop
tears and drops of snot
raising voices and hitting
loud screaming and spitting
in the mist of all that
I reminisce back to the days, when everything was great
when people would wonder, when they'll see the day
I remember the days
we were always happy
never moping or gray
I think back to the day, when I can just say hey
and I remember those days
I'll call, you're there
I'm gone, you'll know where
and I cried, you cared
then I come back to reality
and I wonder where those days have gone
I wonder if my decision was wrong
sometimes, you should just leave secret feelings alone
